My fascination with textiles and all things fiber started young —I inherited my Grandma Larie's proficient handwork gene.  This DNA programming and ongoing study have inspired continual evolution in my art.

Heirloom Textiles

I started Heirloom Textiles as a way to release creative energy while diverting upholstery samples from landfills.  Knitting joined the textile mix as it is more portable and adds another dimension of color, drape, and texture.
 
All the pieces I create emerge as one of a kind wearable art...visually stimulating and sensually accessible.
